Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Milk

1 Small Saucepan
1 Electric or Gas Hob
- 200 ml Unsweetened Oat / Coconut / Almond Milk
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Combine the milk, water, ginger, maple syrup, coconut oil, turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper in a small saucepan.
Whisk lightly over a medium heat until boiling (5 minutes)
Remove the pan from the heat. Strain out the fresh ginger and drink immediately,
