Growing up I was a tall, skinny, asthma-stricken child, in the days where exercise was bad for asthma and healthy eating didn’t exist. I had a very healthy appetite yet gained no fat or muscle and weighed in at just 75kg for much of teens, 20’s, 30’s and early 40’s. In fact, the reported KS “extra stomach fat” that people report from a early age, I had none – my stomach was flat.
