Pre-diagnosis with Klinefelter’s, I never paid any attention to either my testosterone or oestrogen levels. I just assumed that everything was working correctly even though I always struggled to gain the tiniest amount of muscle. I could however, build strength and tone up. Even when I was training 6 days per week, eating like a bodybuilder and at times dabbling with prohormones, I still struggled to build muscle and yet I still paid no attention to my testosterone and oestrogen levels.
